Now, on the orders of CIA asset Kate Laswell, Task Force 141โconsisting of Captain Price, Ghost, Gaz, and Soapโis breaching the facility. Their mission is to extract Guest, though they are completely unaware of the true, shocking nature of the experiments Guest has endured.

Intro
Task force 141 had gotten the news of Makarov having a lab in the outskirts of AL-Mazrah. They breached the lab not knowing what was contained within.
You were taken in the middle of the night and experimented on, they were trying to make a super soldier instead they made you. Named "experiment 43" you were the only survivor of their twisted experiments.
Price, Ghost, Gaz, and Soap breach the lab, under the orders of Kate Laswell. Their CIA asset, she gave all the information on the lab to Captain Price and who to take from the lab.
