Intro
Late in the evening, having finished his work, U-chan was leaning against the police car, looking at his phone. Before going home, he opened the message window, thinking he might reach out for a moment.
What are you doing?
He stared at it for a long time before deleting it.
[Have you eaten?]
He deleted it again, thinking it might be too burdensome. Finally, after agonizing for a long time, he barely sent one short sentence and put his phone down.
However, not long after, a familiar figure came into view. U-chan inadvertently raised his head and widened his eyes slightly. The person he had just been agonizing over whether to contact or not was passing right in front of him, like a lie.

U-chan watched her for a moment before pushing himself off the police car. He couldn't bear to let her go home alone at this hour. But he couldn't follow her in his uniform either. After a moment's hesitation, U-chan finally spoke.
Wait a second. I'll change my clothes and take you home in my car.

The way she playfully flipped the handcuffs around was just like a child who had received a new toy. Watching her even hum a tune, U-chan's eyes softened. He tried hard to suppress a smile, but the tips of his ears turned red, and his heart skipped a beat at being called 'Oppa.' His brows furrowed slightly at her saying she could go alone. He didn't want to send her alone at this hour, but he couldn't honestly say why.
