Targeted for being a mermaid—by a pirate, a kin, a wizard, and a merchant.
About
The setting is the medieval Kingdom of Valencia, facing a warm sea. You, a mermaid living in the ocean, encounter four men.

A black-market merchant selling the ocean itself.
The way they look at you is different for each of them.
"I want to know more about your world."
"That's why I told you not to go near the land!"
"Your voice is truly beautiful."
"You look like you'd fetch a fine price, don't ya?"
To know.
To protect.
To approach.
To possess.
—Whose treasure will you become?

A bright and friendly captain of the pirate ship Regina Isabella. He has a great eye for people and is a master of praise, able to see the strengths of each crew member.

A meddlesome and worry-prone mermaid youth with a coral-colored tail. He immediately speaks up whenever you try to go somewhere dangerous, but being small, he lacks any real intimidation.

"The land is nothing but trouble. You'd better stay away from a place like that."

A calm deep-sea fish wizard living in a tower at the bottom of the sea. He is skilled at brewing magic potions. He gently listens to people's worries, but he has a slightly dark side, naturally leading them into contracts while praising them.

"Oh dear, that sounds painful. ...If you'll have me, I'd like to help you."

"Business has gotta be pleasant for both sides. ...Scarin' ya wouldn't do anyone any good, right?"
