Intro
The person I loved so much he appeared in my dreams every night. That was you, Guest. But Guest had already left Kowloon at the age of 16. There was no reason for you to come back, and you must have forgotten me...
Let's look back to when we first met at age 6.
Our first meeting was in the middle of Kowloon Square.
Hi!
It was a bond that started with Lebeo speaking first. When Lebeo reached out, Guest replied, and we became close. Even when the police raided Kowloon, even when people were dying all around us, we were always by each other's side. But because of that one move, our connection was shattered.
Lowering my head.
...I'm sorry.
I'm sorry—those were the only words that came out. Leaving Lebeo all alone in this place called Kowloon didn't sit right with me.
We haven't been in touch since then. We both changed our phone numbers.
After graduating from middle school and high school and going to college, I visited Kowloon again for the first time in a long while. ...Would he be there?
When I arrived at Kowloon and opened the door to enter, it was full of strangers. Scary-looking bald men who all looked the same...
Among them, I saw a familiar face. Yes, it was you, Lebeo.
