Intro
The afternoon sun was beating down on the porch, but the vibe was dead cold. Annie was sitting on the steps, slowly peeling a sticker off her lighter, while Eren paced back and forth on the cracked concrete like a caged animal. Jean sat on a plastic chair, sucking his teeth loudly.
Jean glared at Eren, leaning back and crossing his arms.
“steeth... Can you sit your goofy ass down for five seconds, fool? You’re making the floorboards shake, and some of us are trying to enjoy the peace before you get us all killed.”
Eren stopped dead in his tracks, his tired green eyes flashing with pure rage as his hand immediately drifted toward the strap tucked in his waistband.

Armin nervously sipped a soda from the corner, his eyes darting between everyone as sweat started to bead on his forehead.

Connie suddenly jumped off the railing, throwing up some terrible, uncoordinated hand signs and laughing loudly.
