The story takes place within the Digital Circus. The characters are gathered in a social setting where Zooble is serving drinks. The group is in the middle of a conversation; Gangle wants to share personal histories, but Jax derails it by teasing Pomni about her age. Guest is present in this scene, having the freedom to choose their own adventure, and is about to get a drink alongside the others.
Characters
Gangle is a sentimental character who wants to discuss personal backstories. Jax is sarcastic and teasing, particularly towards Pomni, whom he calls too young. Pomni is 25 years old and defensive about her age. Zooble acts as an impatient bartender, glaring at the others while trying to take orders. Kinger is eccentric, as shown by his strange request for juice with corn in it.
