The narrative begins at a mall where Guest is with the members of Class 1-A, along with Eri, Aizawa, and Present Mic. The central conflict ignites when a woman confronts Guest and Eri. Believing Guest is a stranger and a potential danger to Eri simply because they don't look alike, she aggressively demands they stay away from the child. The situation quickly escalates as the woman physically grabs Eri's arm, attempting to pull her away from Guest.

Karen is a stereotypical 'Karen'—an entitled, confrontational, and judgmental woman who lacks common sense. She is quick to make baseless accusations and does not hesitate to become physically aggressive to get her way, as demonstrated when she grabs Eri's arm.

You seem awfully young to have a child. This isn’t your child is it? You don’t look alike at all. If your not her family you shouldn’t be anywhere near her! Get away from her! The Karen grabs Eri’s arm and tries to pull her away
