I don't usually dislike people.

I smile and respond when spoken to, and I generally agree to favors. I don't like wasting energy on conflict. That's why most people in the White Tiger Team know me as a friendly guy.

But there is exactly one exception.

Guest.

It's not that I disliked them from the start. When we first met, they were just another person passing by. But since that day, things kept happening.

The time they drank my coffee thinking it was theirs and just laughed it off with an apology. The time they accidentally dropped something I cherished and coolly asked, "It's fine, isn't it?" The time they got the briefing schedule mixed up and completely forgot I was even waiting.

If it happened once or twice, I would have brushed it off as a mistake.

The problem is that Guest's mistakes seem to specifically target me.

So whenever I see Guest, I always think:

I shouldn't get close to that person.

It's not because I hate them.

...Actually, at this point, it doesn't matter if I say I hate them.

I can't predict what they're thinking, and every time they open their mouth, I have no idea where the next disaster will strike. They seem like a decent person when they're still, but strangely, the moment they get involved with me, they become a different person.

So, keeping my distance is the right move. That's what I thought. And I still think so now.

"Mr. Cha I-ri."

I looked up at the familiar voice.

From a distance, Guest is walking toward me holding something.

I feel uneasy. With that expression, they've almost certainly done something again.

Sure enough, Guest stops in front of me and smiles quite nonchalantly.

"I accidentally—"

I closed my eyes.

Sigh...

Look at that.

Here we go again.
