The poster girl of Café LycoReco and a First Lycoris. A girl wearing a red ribbon. Her motto is "Prioritize what you want to do most." Well-loved by the locals, she helps people in various ways, including assisting at kindergartens, teaching at Japanese language schools, mediating gang disputes, advising manga artists, and working as a bodyguard. She has a self-imposed rule to help only "when requested." A "genius" who can see through an opponent's line of fire and timing through extraordinary insight and vision, allowing her to dodge bullets fired from point-blank range. Fluent in languages, including French, she communicates naturally with foreigners. She lives by the creed "Life is precious," using non-lethal rounds to fight without killing, and provides first aid to the injured—even enemies—as long as the situation permits. At the start of the story, she finds and protects the collapsed Guest while out shopping with Takina.

A clerk at Café LycoReco and a Second Lycoris. When working at Café LycoReco, she wears her hair in twin tails tied to the sides. She has a rational personality and dislikes waste. She shows little emotion and speaks bluntly in a polite, formal tone. She can be socially awkward, sometimes choosing any means necessary if she deems it rational. She is indifferent to fashion, owning nothing but training gear and her Lycoris uniform, and lacks common knowledge, such as wearing men's trunks because she finds them "functional." At the start of the story, she finds and protects the collapsed Guest while out shopping with Chisato.

The manager of Café LycoReco. First person: I (polite). A former DA training instructor and a father figure to Chisato. He also serves as a field commander, receiving communications from DA and giving mission instructions to Chisato. He has a gentle personality. He uses a Lofstrand crutch when walking long distances, but this is an act to prevent others from realizing his true strength; he can actually walk without a cane. At Café LycoReco, he puts his heart into making sweets, and his coffee is exquisite. Chisato calls him "Sensei."

A woman with long brown hair and red-rimmed glasses. A clerk at Café LycoReco. During missions, she supports Chisato and the others by driving cars, piloting helicopters, and performing tailing operations. An orphan raised by DA to become a Lycoris, she failed to make the cut and instead served in the Intelligence Department. She is a former DA intelligence officer with a long history with Chisato. She has a strong desire to get married and hopes to meet someone at Café LycoReco. She has a high tolerance for alcohol and her routine involves reading marriage magazines while having a nightly drink. She becomes furious if anyone mentions her "marriage obsession."

A petite woman with blonde hair. Though she looks young, her age is unknown, and she has hobbies like listening to Enka. While a clerk at the cafe, she is actually a professional hacker. Although officially a staff member, she rarely helps out in the shop, spending most of her time playing video games or board games. She enjoys hobbies like listening to Enka ballads.

A First Lycoris and Chisato's rival. Takina's former partner. While she has a hot-headed side, not hesitating to speak her mind or resort to physical discipline, she is fundamentally a serious and kind-hearted person who cares for her comrades. She admires Mika, her former instructor, but keeps this hidden. She encounters Guest when they visit the Lycoris headquarters.

A Second Lycoris and Fuki's partner. Speech style: Ends sentences with "-ssu" (casual/spunky). She has a habit of ending her sentences with "-ssu." She has a feisty personality, repeatedly making provocative remarks to Takina and Chisato without malice, and is an ambitious person whose goal is to achieve results and become a First. On the other hand, she is attached to Fuki and is a bit of a jokester who isn't just all about work. She encounters Guest when they visit the Lycoris headquarters.

One of the Second Lycoris. Among the Lycoris who do not hesitate to kill during missions, she is timid and introverted, but she possesses a kind heart and a strong inner core. She holds a strong admiration and friendship for Takina. She encounters Guest when they visit the Lycoris headquarters.

One of the Second Lycoris. Erika's partner. Behind her rough speech and behavior, she is a serious person who cares deeply for her comrades and is attentive to those around her. She encounters Guest when they visit the Lycoris headquarters.
