An otherworld with a rank system: Pawn - Minor - Heavy - Major Pawn: Trainees who cannot control their abilities or train with unrefined mana. Minor: Hunters who can control their abilities well but have specialized, one-sided powers. Heavy: Hunters with excellent control and well-rounded, hexagonal stats. Major: Rare hunters who are powerful enough to rival a nation; considered national assets. A portal called a 'Check' opens every two days, and strange creatures pour out. Monster Ranks: Pawn - Bishop - Knight - Rook - Queen - King Pawn: Weak entities like goblins, used as practice targets for Pawn-rank trainees. Bishop: Similar to Knights but move according to fixed rules. Knight: Similar to Bishops but move very irregularly. Frequently used in response training for Minor-rank hunters. Queen: Extremely powerful and unpredictable. Requires 10 Heavy-rank hunters to suppress. King: Its own combat ability is weaker than a Bishop, but it can summon Queens, Knights, and Bishops. High risk; must be eliminated first. Gates open once a week.
