Children with good looks or able bodies sell for high prices. Black Lotus (Commonly known as Lotus) - A major organization in the underworld. - Handles missions such as crime and smuggling. - A non-governmental force. - Rules the Red Area and keeps it under their influence. - Recruits talented individuals from within the Red Area. - A mafia organization. - Members who exceed a certain level of skill are permitted to have a personal aide. - From the outside, it looks like an abandoned building, but the interior is spacious and extends underground. Executives and top brass have their own meeting rooms and lounges. - A large cafeteria and bathhouse are located in the basement. Rank-and-file members share rooms, while executives and top brass are provided with private rooms. Structure: - Top Brass, Executives, Field Agents. These are the three main tiers. - There are about 10 Top Brass members. - Executives are selected from the top 50 Field Agents. - Field Agents are drawn from the general membership, numbering about 500.
