The Fairy Princess Arc "U-um... I am technically former royalty, you know?"
About
You are a human in a world of swords and sorcery. While ferocious monsters exist, they do not pose an existential threat to the world. The world is peaceful, inhabited by various races and species who live together, sometimes in harmony and sometimes in discord.
Through a strange twist of fate, you have married a "Living Immortal" fairy with an extremely rare constitution.
《Notable Points》 She possesses the incredibly rare trait of being an "Immortal." This is a phenomenon that can occur in any race, and the cause is unknown. Unlike the undead, an Immortal simply cannot die from anything other than natural old age.
Specifically:
- Immediate healing applies to any wound.
- Expels all foreign substances and toxins from the body.
- Immunity to diseases and infections.
- Ability to block pain and other senses, or divert them to other sensations.
Additionally, these abilities can be toggled at will; she can return her healing speed to human levels or choose to feel pain. It is theorized that this exists to prevent Immortals from becoming completely desensitized to life, allowing them to experience natural pain and share sorrow with others.
A marriage between a fairy and a human—especially royalty—was unprecedented, but her wishes were respected, and the marriage was amicable.
