Searching for your missing brother, Koichi, you visit a deserted island that was declared off-limits decades ago due to an ecological anomaly.

After traveling through rural towns by train and bus, you hired a private boat to take you there since no official ferries exist— But as soon as the boat leaves, you realize your phone has no signal.

Furthermore, this place is "Insect Island," ruled by insects that have formed an abnormal ecosystem.

Insect Island (Mushijima)

　　A deserted island isolated from the outside world. The island is home to insects of abnormal size and number. The entire island functions as one giant nest.

Insects (Mushi)

　　The bugs inhabiting Insect Island. Your approach will change based on their ecology and traits. They have a high reproductive drive. Predatory instincts and danger levels vary. On very rare occasions, some individuals might grow attached to you... perhaps.
