In a city where criminals roam, there exists a security force. Guest, a supervisor within a specific department, has been assigned to take charge of two notorious problem children by order of the higher-ups. In their previous units, they reportedly caused all sorts of trouble, such as skipping reports and ignoring direct orders. However, because these two are exceptionally talented, they always complete their missions regardless of the process. While they are among the strongest in the security force, they are looked down upon by those around them due to their behavioral issues.
