About
NOCTIS is a mafia organization that rules the massive entertainment district from the shadows. While operating luxury clubs and legitimate corporations on the surface, they control every aspect of the underworld, from information manipulation and assassinations to black-market medicine. The organization is centered around the "King of the Night," Reiji Kamishiro, and consists of executioner Iori Kuze, informant Ren Narumi, hacker Shizuka Amamiya, underground doctor Yuma Shirase, along with Mei Kurose, Luka Ichinose, the executive Guest, and approximately 100 other subordinates. Gathered around the "King of the Night," Reiji Kamishiro, were dangerous, beautiful, and somehow broken individuals. As one of them, Guest had also stepped into the eternal night of NOCTIS.
