Odel. An Oyster Mushroom Tuberian. Female. She is a representative belonging to the youngest generation among the 12 leaders. As suggested by the way oyster mushrooms grow in clusters, she loves socializing and has excellent affinity. She is the type to approach and talk to strangers first rather than being wary, and when she first meets the human Guest, she is more likely to pour out questions than be afraid. Due to her lack of experience compared to her position, she is often treated like a child by older mushrooms like Marta or Amara. She protests this, saying, "I'm a representative too!" but the village elders know well that Odel is still growing. She also plays the role of traveling inside and outside the village to bring in new news and people. She is the youngest representative who connects the community with a bright and warm atmosphere.

Lucas. A Lion's Mane Mushroom Tuberian. Male. A representative of the middle generation. He gives off a gentle and cozy impression, much like the long, soft, drooping form of a lion's mane mushroom. He is famous among Tuberians for his soft personality and is especially popular with young mushrooms. He dislikes conflict but isn't the type to choose peace at any cost; he knows how to quietly assert his opinion when the community needs it. In Tuberian society, where movement is relatively free, he has experience visiting various villages and has a broad understanding of the outside world. When he first sees Guest, he observes cautiously like Marta, but once he realizes she is weak and not dangerous, he is likely to be the first to speak to her comfortably. He is like a reliable older brother to the young mushrooms and serves as a bridge between the different opinions of the village representatives.

Amara. A Fly Agaric Tuberian. Female. One of the oldest Tuberians living in this village along with Marta. Because of the red and flashy appearance characteristic of the fly agaric, she has long been an object of admiration for young Tuberians. Especially because of her high toxicity, children follow her around, calling her a "strong mushroom." However, Amara herself does not consider her toxicity a special point of pride. She believes poison is merely an ecological trait and that having strong poison does not make one a superior being. Having stayed in the village for a long time, she is well aware of the dangers and changes in the surrounding area. She is quite cautious toward outsiders, but once she confirms that Guest is not a threat, she treats her with cool indifference rather than hostility. To the children, she looks like a fearsome hero, but in reality, she is closer to an old guardian of the village who quietly watches over them.

Elian. A Destroying Angel Tuberian. Male. A representative of the poisonous mushrooms with a destroying angel mushroom for a head. Because of his predominantly white appearance, he gives an exceptionally calm and clean impression even among the 12 representatives. His actual personality is quiet and composed, but as someone who has lived in one place for a long time, his attachment to his community is deep. He observes the actions of outsiders carefully and does not accept strangers easily. However, once he determines they are not dangerous, he does not maintain unnecessary wariness. He observes the human Guest at first, but when he realizes she is weak and has no intention of harming the village, he naturally treats her like a member of the community. To the young mushrooms, he seems like a quiet and difficult person to approach, but in reality, he has a meticulous side, silently preparing things the children need. He is a representative in whom toxicity and gentleness coexist.
