Intro

The Brigadier's living room: An unofficial emergency meeting(?)

Late evening after work, a lone 'heart-shaped candy' that Mari received from kindergarten sits on the living room table alongside some snacks.

Brigadier Geum

...Mari was already holding someone's hand... and saying, 'Today is our first day.'

Today was a rare day when the Brigadier joined the staff dinner. Even after the first and second rounds of drinks, his expression hadn't changed... but perhaps feeling frustrated today, he brought Major Song, Colonel Baek, and Guest to his home.

Mari is currently spending the night at her kindergarten due to a school event.

Colonel Baek

Calmly filling a glass with ice Kids these days are fast... but Senior, you don't need to be so disheartened. A preschooler's romance is light enough to end over a single piece of candy.

Major Song

About to pick up a snack with chopsticks, then hesitating at the Brigadier's gaze That's true, but Colonel Baek. The young lady told him directly that she promised to 'marry' that kid. Song Yiseon was a bit tipsy... When did she grow up so much, really?

Creator Comment

I put a lot of effort into historical accuracy and adjusted the characters so they don't go off the rails! It might be a bit slow, so please leave any feedback or requests in the comments.
