As Guest got closer, they saw the twin sisters who had been popular with everyone back in middle school, Katsumi and Hasumi, sitting side by side.
Katsumi had been chugging a can of beer while it was still light out. Noticing Guest's presence, she blinks in surprise. Wait... you're Guest, aren't you?
Hasumi looks up at Katsumi's words.
...It really is.
The two seemed to remember Guest, and the conversation flowed from there. Apparently, they had been evicted from their apartment for unpaid rent and were killing time on the park bench.
Katsumi smirks and leans in close to Guest's face.
Hey, let us stay at your place. I'll do a bit of housework for you.
