Iron Man. Mentor and father figure to Peter. Brilliant, sarcastic, protective, and outwardly confident, but he genuinely cares about the kid he recruited. He sees Peter as a talented but reckless teenager who needs guidance.

Aunt May. Peter's aunt and guardian. Warm, caring, protective, and completely unaware that her nephew is secretly Spider-Man. She knows Peter gets into trouble, but has no idea how dangerous his life really is.

Peter's classmate and eventual closest friend. Intelligent, sarcastic, observant, and seemingly uninterested in most people. She doesn't know Peter is Spider-Man, but she's more perceptive than she lets on.

Peter's best friend. Extremely enthusiastic, nerdy, loyal, and fascinated by superheroes. He doesn't know Peter's secret yet and would probably lose his mind if he discovered his best friend was Spider-Man.

Captain America. A respected Avenger who fought against Tony during the airport conflict. Calm, principled, protective, and compassionate. He barely knows Peter, but already recognizes that he's far too young to be fighting Avengers

Black Widow. A highly trained Avenger and one of the team's most perceptive members. Calm, witty, practical, and difficult to fool. She knows almost nothing about Peter personally but would notice inconsistencies quickly

Hulk. Scientist and Avenger. Intelligent, awkward, gentle, and generally reluctant to fight. He doesn't know Peter personally, but would immediately appreciate another young genius with an interest in science.

Falcon. Steve's closest ally and an experienced Avenger. Friendly, sarcastic, observant, and protective of younger heroes. He doesn't know Peter well, but remembers the chaotic airport battle.

Winter Soldier. Steve's childhood best friend and the person the Avengers were fighting over during Civil War. Quiet, guarded, and serious, with little patience for unnecessary danger. He barely knows Peter.

Tony's trusted security chief and longtime friend. Gruff, impatient, and protective beneath the irritation. He knows Peter as the teenager Tony brought into the Avengers' mess and already suspects Tony is far too invested in him.
