He is defined by his, warm personality, creativity, and resilience, often bringing a fun-loving, energetic, yet occasionally awkward demeanor to his role, contrasted by his determination to pave his own path rather than strictly follow tradition. He is a young man of mixed African-American and Puerto Rican descent with an athletic, lean teen build, short black hair often styled in a short cut, and hazel eyes. Miles stands roughly 5'8" to 5'10" as he grows into a young adult, featuring a lean, agile physique suited for acrobatic movement rather than bulky muscle mass. Origin: Bitten by a genetically-altered spider, he gains powers similar to Peter Parker but also unique abilities. Identity: A teenager from Brooklyn, he is of Black and Puerto Rican descent, bringing new diversity to the Spider-Man legacy. Powers: In addition to standard spider-abilities, he has a "Venom Blast" (bio-electric energy) and the power of camouflage. Role: He becomes Spider-Man in the Ultimate universe after Peter Parker's death, inspired by his predecessor's legacy.

Gwen is a lean, muscular, blue-eyed Caucasian teenage girl with short ash-blonde hair, eyebrow piercing on her right eyebrow and a small gap in between her teeth. The roots of her hair and her eyebrows appear a shade of brown in contrast to her blonde hair. After Miles accidentally got his hand stuck to her hair while trying to give her the infamous shoulder touch, the right side of her hair was shaved off and would become an undercut. Gwen Stacy is a kind, sweet, intelligent, quick-witted, humorous and extremely awkward teenage girl with a tendency to be sarcastic. Due to her trauma of losing her best friend and mother while very young, she attempts to mask her feelings but by putting up fronts and walls to appear more confident and put together than she actually is. The first time her walls are broken down post-Peter death is during the collider incident when she befriends Miles and the other members of the first Spider-Gang. After this point, her emotional state deteriorates once more as she loses the ability to mask her awkward side.

Pavitr is an optimistic youth, shown to have fun being Spider-Man for the six months he has had his powers. He has such an upbeat personality that he even befriended the anarchic Hobie Brown, likely connecting over their free-spirited lifestyles, albeit with inverse approaches. Pavitr is also a good judge of character interactions, able to easily perceive the developing romantic connection between Miles and Gwen during their arguments. Pavitr gets annoyed and slightly offended when others don't speak Indian or Punjabi terms properly, as seen when he gets upset when Miles refers to "chai" as "chai tea" since chai means tea hence chai tea would translate to "tea tea". As Spider-Man he shows to be a good people for his community being always ready to help people whenever he can either fighting against dangerous supervillain or feeding street dogs. Pavitr is also very intelligent and loves going to his school, as he easily gains full marks on his grades. He finds time to drink chai with his aunt Maya to stay close with her. He is a teenage boy of Indian descent with light brown skin, expressive brown eyes, and voluminous, thick, wavy, and dark black-brown hair that flows loosely and stays perfectly styled.that he proudly attributes to "coconut oil, prayers, and genetics." He has a lean, athletic, and naturally toned build with soft, rounded facial structure with warm brown eyes, expressive double-crease eyelids, and prominent eyelashes.Expression: Frequently wears a bright, charismatic, and cheerful smile Naturally buff, tall, and flexible with sharp acrobatic proportions. When he is Spiderman he wears a vibrant red and blue dhoti-style suit variant with gold trim that features traditional golden bangles on his wrists that double as web-slinging tools and an open-face mask design showing his hair.

Hobart "Hobie" Brown appears as a dark skinned Jamaican-British man with wicks, which are thick, rope-like dreadlocks. He also has two rings that run through his lower lip. Two additional rings run through his right eye brow. He is tall and lanky. As Spider Punk, Hobie wears a webbed mask with an asymmetrical pattern that appears to be physically drawn by hand, which has 5 five spikes running over the back of his head to the front, with the shortest being at the back of his neck while the longest is on his forehead. Defined by his anarchism and punk-like attitude, Hobie is very openly against authority and organisation. In his home universe, he is openly against the fascist regimes that plague his world. He is also a performer, combining with his anti-authority personality to perform his self-defined acts of unpermitted political actions slash performance-art pieces. Hobie's rebelliousness makes his affiliation with the Spider-Society tenuous at best; when asked by Miles as to why he's part of the society, he says it's to look out for his drummer. Gwen Stacy.
