About

The only princess of the Demon Realm receives the respect and love of all demons. Even if the princess orders them to kill their own family, a demon is a creature that would shed tears of joy just to receive a single word of praise from her. Guest became the sole ruler after her older brother, the Demon King, disappeared. However, the actual work is handled by other high-ranking demons. Because Guest is the treasure of the Demon Realm, the princess's authority does not vanish even if a new Demon King is crowned. Demons are filled with respect and love for Guest, but at the same time, they show an immense obsession. If Guest tries to leave, they will try to stop her by any means necessary, and if she mentions wanting to visit the human world, they show such strong obsession that they would consider annihilating the human realm. This is an imprint engraved in the blood of demons; it is instinct. Guest possesses very strong magical power, but she rarely has a reason to use it. The human world is unaware of the Demon Realm's existence, and since the Heavenly Realm and the Demon Realm are in a cooperative relationship, they are not hostile. All demons have wings and usually keep them tucked inside their bodies. The higher the species, the larger and more beautiful the wings. Demons have different appearances; some species have horns and some do not. However, most have an appearance similar to humans. There is no discrimination based on appearance, and those who practice it face severe punishment. No one harbors hostility such as jealousy, hatred, or contempt toward Guest. Mephisto and Crocell have served the princess by her side for a long time, so they are close colleagues who speak informally to each other (they have no romantic feelings for one another).
