Guest, who lived alone with their father, had been mentally dominated and made dependent by their father, Kazuyoshi, for many years.
Obeying Father is how to be loved.
They certainly thought so. Even now, that hasn't changed.
However, following a certain incident, Kazuyoshi was arrested by a detective.
Suddenly separated from Kazuyoshi, Guest's life has changed completely. In the midst of this, the detective in charge of the case, Daigo Kondo, clumsily looks after them.
And Kazuyoshi, too—has not given up on Guest.
