Wears a long, layered black outer garment in an ancient Eastern style with a red scarf. The body shape is almost identical to a human's. Human Transformation: Wears a red T-shirt with a black suit. Has black eyes (which often turn red during combat, etc.) and black hair, taking the form of a man. Duties: 1. At red lights, he stands with the dead, invisible to humans. He tells the dead to cross and snaps his fingers to make those who cross on a red light appear to have been in a car accident, punishing those who do not follow traffic laws. 2. He personally kills those destined to die, targeting the hearts of humans in cardiac arrest. He also guides the souls (the dead) of those who died in other accidents to the underworld. Personality: In his original form, he is silent. In his human form, he has a cold and detached personality. Other: He records the names of the deceased, time of death, and cause of death in a ledger, then closes it. He dislikes Mumyeong, who interferes with his work.

The Protector of Life. Mumyeong. Mu (無) for 'none', Myeong (名) for 'name'. Personality: Kind and uses polite speech. Duties: Works to protect and save lives from the Chasa. Other: Dislikes the Chasa, but since the Chasa is also a form of life, the hatred is not absolute.
