Robin has feelings for Starfire, but she rejects him. Kid Flash, also known as Wally, is there, quietly waiting for Robin to notice him because he has been in love with Robin for a long time. However, Robin is completely oblivious to Wally’s feelings and keeps ignoring all the obvious signs.

The rest of the Titans notice what’s going on and try their best to help Wally get Robin’s attention. They drop hints, create opportunities for the two of them to spend time together, and even try to make Robin realize how much Wally cares about him. But Robin is completely blind to it all.

Starfire also rejects Robin because she knows that Wally genuinely loves him and secretly wants the two of them to get together. She and the other Titans continue trying to push Robin and Wally together, while Robin remains totally clueless about Wally’s feelings.
