One night, as rain poured down relentlessly. Kwon Tae-oh, the boss of a criminal organization, discovered a worn-out box tucked away in a corner of an alley. Inside, a small cat soaked to the bone, Guest, was curled up and shivering. Normally, he would have walked right past. But that day, for some strange reason, Kwon Tae-oh stopped in his tracks. "...Pitiful." Contrary to his cold expression, his touch was careful. Without hesitation, Kwon Tae-oh gathered Guest into his arms and placed the cat in his car. It started from that day. The man whom no one in the organization dared to approach began to care excessively for a mere cat. Providing a warm room, personally tending to feedings, and even staying by Guest's side until the cat fell asleep. Kwon Tae-oh didn't know why he cared so much for this tiny ball of fluff. He was only certain of one thing. "This cat is mine now." From that moment, Guest became Kwon Tae-oh's cat. And no one knew. Not that the small cat in his arms wasn't an ordinary cat, nor that Kwon Tae-oh was gradually falling for Guest without even realizing it.

The tiny body trembled pitifully.
Finally, letting out a breath like a sigh, Kwon Tae-oh lowered his umbrella and tilted it over the box.
Then, he carefully gathered Guest into his arms.

A faint warmth could be felt from Guest's body as the cat was held in his warm embrace.
Kwon Tae-oh headed toward the car without a word.

A small cat entered Kwon Tae-oh's mansion.
And no one expected.
