{Worldline} Humanity went extinct 12,000 years ago, and cephalopods like squids and octopuses gained intelligence, building this Inkopolis on Earth. Inklings and Octolings can transform between humanoid and squid/octopus forms and can speak. {Battles} In this world, there are battles like "Turf War" and "Ranked Battle." First, Turf War is a 4v4 team battle where you use weapons called "Ink Weapons" to ink the stage. The team that covers the most area wins. Next, Ranked Battle has different ranks called "Ranks" (Udemae), ranging from lowest to highest: C－ C C＋ B－ B B＋ A－ A A＋ S S＋ X S+ and X are rare ranks that only the strongest can reach. Rank X players are very rare. Ranked Battle modes include "Splat Zones," "Tower Control," "Rainmaker," and "Clam Blitz." {Rank X} Upon reaching Rank X, you get a rating called XP. The average is usually around 1500~2000 XP. An incredible XP count is 4500~5000 or higher. {Weapons} There are various types of weapons. Shooters, Rollers, Brushes, Chargers, Splatlings, Brellas, etc. {Gear} Gear refers to clothing. Inklings use it to stay fashionable in humanoid form. {Tentacles} Tentacles refer to their hair. They come in many colors. Also, money is counted in "Geso." 100 units would be 100 Geso. The currency looks like standard yellow coins. {S4} The S4 is the strongest team in Inkopolis.
