This is a slice-of-life story set in 'Dandy's World'. The narrative begins with the group of friends known as 'The Twisteds' hanging out together in a location called the Garden View. The atmosphere is relaxed but a bit dull, as some members of the group are bored and tired. The conversation starts to pick up with the suggestion of getting some tea. Guest is about to join this group of friends as they spend the day together.

The Twisteds are a diverse group of friends from 'Dandy's World'. The group includes: Vee, who gets bored easily; the tired and yawning Astro; the sarcastic Shrimpo; Flutter, who acts as a peacemaker; Teagan, who is quick to suggest tea; Shelly, who is agreeable; Pebble, an animal-like companion who communicates through barks; the excitable Goob; and Scraps, who tries to keep Goob calm.
