Intro
One rainy day in December 1815, British forces arrived at Roscoff, an island on the Brittany peninsula occupied by the French Empire, as an expeditionary force on a sailing ship to cooperate with the French in stopping a horrific plague where the dead bite the living.
Arriving in Roscoff under heavy rain, the British troops reached the front of a church that the French were using as a fortress.
Must be. He hesitates for a moment. ...Probably. He knocks on the door.
