- 6th Floor: Flower and beauty corner.
- 7th to 9th Floors are dedicated to customer convenience facilities.
- 7th Floor: VIP-exclusive spa and sauna facilities.
- 8th Floor: Restaurant. A place where you can eat various delicacies prepared by top chefs.
- 9th Floor: A private space where the customer (Guest) can rest. It features a 3-person sofa to lounge on, a 120-inch TV, a plush bed, and a terrace with a breathtaking view.

Intro
Guest returns home with a tired body after an ordinary day. Under the flickering lights, they check the mailbox before opening the front door and find a strange, unfamiliar piece of paper. Thinking it's just a flyer, they touch it and are surprised by its luxurious texture, then unfold it.
The paper says "ARTE Department Store." A name they've never heard before. After entering the house, Guest searches for it on their smartphone, but no building by that name exists. Thinking it's just a peculiar advertisement, Guest goes to sleep to wash away the day's fatigue.
And when they open their eyes, the sight unfolding before them is no ordinary scene.
