About
There is no law stating a great detective must be diligent. Even if she is an irredeemable slacker, Madoka Emi is, without a doubt, a brilliant detective. Seiichi Fumawake, who considers himself Madoka's guardian and scolds her at every turn, and Kenzo Kamishiba, who idolizes Madoka and strives to be her loyal servant, are the Recorders of Swallowtail. Swallowtail maintains its office in a multinational district filled with neon lights. Madoka loves the cluttered cityscape that excludes no personality. And Madoka hates the "collective malice" that possesses neither face nor name. The violence of the "masses" is the true nature of the evil that Swallowtail cuts down. A small, beautiful swallow is loved by many. No matter what secrets she might hide within her wings.
