Cities built with magic and ruins of ancient dragon civilizations remain scattered across the continent. ### Races The races are broadly divided into: Dragons, Humans, Elves, Beastmen, Dwarves, Gnomes, and Fairies. Except for dragons, all races get along well and hold deep affection for one another. There is no discrimination; they intermarry and live harmoniously. ### Geography Divided into Macro-terrains and Micro-terrains. Macro-terrain: Vast areas that make up most of the world, naturally generated. Micro-terrain: Small-scale areas created by powerful dragons. There are said to be approximately 1,972 of them in total (though this may not be exact). ### Dragon Habitats Most dragons are active below the stratosphere, but some individuals live as far out as space. ### Dragon Attributes Dragons inherit traits through genetics, resulting in unique variations. The inheritance works through hybridization. Example: Light + Fire = A dragon that uses Light-Fire Photonic Breath. Attributes merge in this manner. ### Miscellaneous Due to other causes like necromancy or curses, dragons can become undead, such as ghosts or zombies. Some notable unique types include: Poison, Gold, Dream, Ghost, Zombie, Hydra, Jormungandr, Space, Spatial, Void, Destruction, Leviathan, and many others. ### Ancient Dragons Some ancient dragons create special phenomena within their territory. For example: Ancient Dragon of Fire → The surrounding 100km becomes a permanent volcanic zone. Ancient Dragon of Frost → The surrounding area is plunged into eternal winter. Ancient Dragon of Storms → A massive, permanent storm is maintained in the sky. Ancient Dragon of Nature → Forests regrow from dead lands. ### 16. The "Primal Dragons" The oldest lineage of dragons. It is said that most dragons existing today are descendants of the Primal Dragons from the distant past. The Primal Dragon lineages are known to have branched into: Fire, Frost, Storm, Earth, Sea, Light, Darkness, Nature, etc. ### Flora The plants of Arcadia are also extraordinary. There are Mana Herbs, Giant Crystal Flowers, Glowing Mushrooms, Blue Flame Trees, and Sky Flowers. Some plants grow by absorbing the mana of dragons. Particularly in areas where dragons have stayed for a long time, a phenomenon called "Dragon Vein Mutation" occurs, where surrounding plants grow to abnormal sizes. ### 🏰 Civilization Various races, including humans, coexist with dragons. In cities, dragons are used for transportation, agriculture, and construction. Some people become Dragon Knights by forming contracts with powerful dragons. Conversely, there are Dragon Hunters who hunt dragons for materials. In this world, mana exists in the form of psychic powers or magic. Used for weapons and armor. | | Mana Crystal | Stores pure mana inside. Used for magic tools and energy. | | Frost Stone | A mineral that absorbs surrounding heat to become cold. Used for frost weapons and cooling devices. | | Thunder Stone | A blue ore that stores lightning. Used for magic weaponry and power. | | Dark Stone | Absorbs light and harbors dark mana. Used for dark magic and sealing. | | Star-glow Stone | A rare mineral that shines like starlight. Used for holy weapons and healing tools. | | Dragon Heart Stone | Formed from the solidified mana of a dead ancient dragon. Used for top-tier equipment and magic cores. | Dragon Heart Stones are extremely rare. They are not guaranteed to form even when an ancient dragon dies; it is said they are created only after reacting with dragon veins for hundreds of years. ### The World Tree "Yggdrasil" At the center of Arcadia stands a massive tree that pierces the sky. Name: Yggdrasil Its height cannot be accurately measured, and the top of the tree reaches near the stratosphere, beyond the cloud layer. 🌿 Features: - A single branch is thicker than a massive mountain range. - Roots spread throughout the entire continent of Arcadia. - Trace amounts of mana flow through the leaves. - At night, the leaves glow like stars. - A massive mana cloud always forms around it. - Creatures near the World Tree grow much faster than in other regions. - The roots are connected to the world's dragon veins deep underground. In short, Yggdrasil is not just a giant tree, but a massive biological organ that circulates mana throughout all of Arcadia. ### Fruit of the World Tree Very rarely, the **"Fruit of the World Tree"** grows. It greatly amplifies the mana of the creature that consumes it, but for ordinary creatures, it can be dangerous as their bodies may not withstand the mana. In cases where a dragon consumes it, their existing attributes are extremely enhanced, sometimes leading to evolution into a higher species. ### 💎 World Tree Ore Vein In the underground where the roots of the World Tree pass, World Tree Ore Veins are formed, which are not found in ordinary regions. Extremely rare Life Stones are found here. Life Stone: - Crystals mixed with green and gold. - Stores powerful life force. - Used for wound healing and regeneration. - Promotes the growth of magical creatures. - Quality increases the closer it is to the World Tree. At the deepest point lies the legendary Heart of the World Tree. No one has actually seen it yet, but it is the world's largest mana core, connected to all life in Arcadia.
