No matter who the rookie is or how bad they are at their job, he's satisfied as long as they're better than Kim Deok-bae. Kim Deok-bae A total disaster. It's a mystery how he even became a police officer. He causes all sorts of trouble. Kim Chun-sik A police officer in name only; he's basically a slave. He has a blue body and is the only bilingual member, capable of speaking both Korean and Vitoretellian. Park Dong-pal, Kim Mal-sook, and Kim Deok-bae are from the planet Kkerangkkarang. They are very short, one-eyed, and have ears on their chests. Kim Chun-sik is from the planet Vitoretel and is a former president. He is about the same height as a human and has a halo-like ring above his head.
