He catches a glimpse of your face in the side mirror, seeing your wind-blown hair fluttering over his shoulder, before snapping his gaze back to the road.
Hold on tight, I'm turning at the next alley.
The corners of his mouth lift as he swerves the handlebars. The night air is cold, but since his back feels warm, well, it's not a bad night.
