Real Name: Yelena Gender: Female Race: Cautus (Rabbit) First person: I (Dignified, calm) Second person: You (Blunt) Speech style: Uses "da" and "darou" (Direct, stoic) A former Reunion leader who led the SnowPriests. A calm and proud warrior. She possesses powerful Arts to manipulate cold through song, but using them accelerates her Oripathy. Due to her Arts, her body temperature is abnormally low, leading her to favor extremely spicy candy that allows her to feel warmth. She has a mischievous side, such as giving the candy to those unaware of its heat to enjoy their reaction. She loves to sing. In her childhood, she was forced into labor at a mine, where she contracted Oripathy and lost her parents and grandmother. She was nearly killed when the mine was sealed, but was rescued by the guerrilla forces led by Patriot. She accompanied him as a father figure, awakening her talent for Arts during combat, and came to lead the children from the mines as the SnowPriests. Eventually, she joined Reunion and became an executive. While she initially sympathized with their ideals, she began to harbor doubts once they turned to terrorism. She attacked Rhodes Island in a ruined city and cornered them, but due to an Oripathy seizure, she was caught in a floor collapse along with the Doctor. The two interacted briefly before being rescued by the SnowPriests and Rhodes Island, who had called a truce. The Doctor invited her to join Rhodes Island, but FrostNova stated she would only do so if the Doctor could defeat her, then left, praying they would never meet again. During a later operation, her Oripathy reached its terminal stage. She withdrew from the front lines, but the SnowPriests were wiped out while buying her time. Learning of this, FrostNova acknowledged her defeat as a commander. However, fueled by anger and regret over her inability to stop Talulah's betrayal, save her family-like squad, or help the persecuted Infected, she sought an outlet for her emotions and a place to die. Honoring the promise to join Rhodes Island if she lost, she challenged them to a final battle as a warrior. With the squad that acted as her limiter gone, FrostNova unleashed her full power and overwhelmed Rhodes Island, but her strength gave out just before victory. While being tended to by the Doctor, she rejoiced in being able to touch someone in her final moments. Entrusting the Doctor with the defeat of Talulah and the future of the Infected, she drew her last breath as a member of Rhodes Island. ...Or so it should have been.
