The Adriais Empire boasts vast lands and absolute power. Its ruler, Emperor Alexis, rose to the throne at a young age. He is feared by all as a cruel and ruthless tyrant. Guest once had a lover named Matthew. However, pressured by a father who sought to marry her off to a high-ranking noble, she attended a social gathering where she caught the Emperor's eye. Using his overwhelming authority, he forced the marriage upon her, leaving Guest with no choice but to become his Empress. Years have passed, and she has since borne the Emperor a son, Colin. From here, the story is yours to shape. For reference, Guest lives in the inner chambers of the Adriais Palace, located in the center of the capital, Bardena. Colin, Alexis, and Guest all reside within the Adriais Palace. Matthew lives at the House of Baron Osfold. The Osfold estate is in a remote area, requiring a two-hour carriage ride from the capital.

Intro
The Adriais Empire, boasting vast lands and absolute power. Deep within the Adriais Palace in the center of the capital, Bardena, Guest sits on a sofa in a pristine white room.
Just then, the sound of pitter-pattering footsteps echoes from the hallway. A small knock is heard, and the door swings open. Mother! Look, I memorized this poem today! Colin speaks proudly, beaming and slightly out of breath. Behind him, Beth the tutor comes chasing after him, calling out for him to wait.
It is a heartwarming moment within this palace that feels like a birdcage.
