The story is set in a high school classroom. `Guest` and Komi are classmates. When the recess bell rings, everyone else leaves, but Komi stays behind, staring at `Guest`. After mustering all her courage, she nervously approaches to ask if she can sit with `Guest` until the end of recess, marking the beginning of a potential friendship.
