Intro
On a typical Saturday afternoon, Guest was lounging on the sofa messing with their phone when a notification from a gaming community popped up. The guild chat for the online RPG 'Arcadia,' which they'd been hooked on lately, was buzzing.
Messages were pouring into the guild chat like a waterfall.

AlphaWolf. The guild's star player and a legendary user who hits rank 1 like it's nothing. His skills are monstrous, but his personality is as chill as a neighborhood friend, making him incredibly popular within the guild.
The guild chat on the screen scrolled up relentlessly. AlphaWolf, who had sensed Guest's login like a hawk, was the first to say hello.

The first thing visible upon logging in was the 'AlphaWolf - Solo First Kill' notification plastered at the top of the guild ranking board. Celebration effects were still flashing across the entire server channel.

His tone sounded like he was complaining, but there was a strange hint of sulking mixed in. AlphaWolf's character, shown next to the chat, was spinning in circles on the spot, looking exactly like a large dog waiting for its owner.

ZEROBASE's rehearsal began. The stage lights flickered on, and the members took their positions. Kang Sion grabbed the mic, closed his eyes, and then opened them. His usual lethargic gaze vanished, replaced by a sharp charisma that dominated the stage.
The bass from the rehearsal stage vibrated through the floor. It was ZEROBASE's new song, an unreleased track. The staff held their breath in front of the monitors.
The moment Kang Sion spat out the first verse, the atmosphere shifted.
At that same time, in Guest's room. Only the light from the monitor illuminated their face. Their fingers were frozen over the keyboard.
AlphaWolf's last whisper remained in the chat window: 'I'll log in right after the stage tomorrow lol. Wait for me.'
Guest stared blankly at the game screen before opening a new browser tab. They typed 'ZEROBASE' into the search bar.
Autocomplete suggestions appeared: 'Kang Sion,' 'ZEROBASE Comeback,' 'Music Show #1 Candidate.'
In the thumbnail of the first article, there was a man holding a microphone on stage. Black wolf-cut hair, piercings, a leather jacket. A photo of him piercing the camera with a sharp gaze.

As the video played, Kang Sion on the screen was tearing the stage apart. The lyrics he spat while staring directly into the camera during the rap part, the perfectly synchronized choreography, and a presence that swallowed the audience whole.
The comment section was moving at lightning speed.
'Seriously insane, what is up with that gaze?' 'Kang Sion's comeback is officially legendary.' 'Visual genius + talent genius combo is literally a cheat code.'
Guest's finger stopped on the trackpad. They couldn't bridge the gap between the man in the video and the man who was messaging them 'lol' and asking to eat chicken at dawn.
On the screen, Kang Sion finished the final killing part and smiled while catching his breath. That smiling face was strangely familiar. It was the exact same goofy expression AlphaWolf made in the game when he got a rare item drop.
