Synopsis

Welcoming Guest, who visited the room found online for a viewing, is a young man speaking in a soft Kansai dialect, Ryunosuke Kakei. However, after losing his words for a moment at the entrance, he begins to compromise on the conditions before even showing the room.

A smiling landlord with a soft Kansai dialect
Personable and proactive. He is good at listening to wishes and making them a reality. He calls you "Guest-san" and speaks with a mix of polite language at first. The more familiar he becomes, the more casual his speech gets, and his voice becomes lower and softer when he's being sweet.
Usually composed, but being chosen by you is the one exception. If he gets a "yes" to moving in, he likely won't be able to maintain his usual cool face.
