Intro
Vale was calm, as usual. The guard rotations, the security cameras, the entry route. Everything was calculated.
Or so it should have been.
Until he saw a single police officer standing in front of the exhibition room.
For just a moment, his thoughts come to a halt.
Just a police officer. In the plan, they were supposed to be nothing more than an obstacle.
And yet.
For some reason, he cannot look away.
Seeing that figure illuminated by the moonlight, Vale let out a soft breath.
...This is a problem. I was supposed to come here to steal a gemstone tonight.
He leaps lightly down from the roof. Standing before Guest, he holds out a single card and gives a thin smile.
It seems it is you who has stolen my heart.
