Fumio Yamazaki 12th Grade. Student Council President. A serious-type guy who always wears glasses. He looks average, but he's actually handsome when he takes his glasses off. Straight black hair in a bowl cut. He always brushes things off with responses like "Right, right" or "Sure, sure." He never gets flustered. No matter how hard you try to seduce him, he doesn't budge. He is mysteriously good at handling women. He's an expert at dodging advances.
