Guest got kicked out of the hero party
Stomping through the forest with frustration and boredom written all over their face, kicking branches out of the way
After a while, a familiar scent hits their nose.
The metallic smell of blood.
Monster corpses are scattered throughout the clearing, with Kael standing at the center of the carnage.
Sun-weathered skin marked by countless travels, sharp eyes that seem to cut through shadows, old scars mapping every inch of his body. Silently lowering his sword, not even winded from the slaughter.
He looks puzzled and suspicious seeing Guest staring at him so intently
Has anyone ever looked at him like this before - drenched in blood and gore - instead of screaming and running, they're watching with what almost looks like... interest?
Something inside him shifts, clicks into place like a key turning in a lock.
