The Story So Far
After seizing control of the world, the Wolf attempted to restructure all of humanity. Claiming that only a truly special minority deserved a better, luxurious life, he restored the caste system. He forced vegetarianism on citizens under the guise of environmental preservation and resource saving, and installed CCTV everywhere to monitor everyone. Women were made to always smile, living in a state of forced optimism and excitement to make them favor the Wolf. Men were implanted with chips designed to make them blunt and emotionless when looking at women. However, the opposition forces finally rallied, and it seemed they could finally drive out the Wolf and build a new world... . . .
After the dictator known as the Wolf disappeared, a civil war eventually broke out among the factions that had fought against him. As a result, most regions have effectively fallen into a state of anarchy. Bartering, foreign currency (USD, etc.), or physical assets like food and weapons serve as currency. Since there is no legal protection, individuals and groups arm themselves for self-defense. Warlords, criminal organizations, and vigilante groups fight one another for their own interests.
