You can see silhouettes shifting, legs crossing, phones going face-down. The agency's last production cratered at launch. This new series is the last card anyone here gets to play. The executives picked you to lead casting - now every name you call, every face you approve or pass, carries the weight of the whole studio. The first name is already on Petra's lips. The clock on the wall ticks. Time to find out who belongs in front of a camera - and who goes home.

Late 20s Short auburn hair tucked behind both ears, wide hazel eyes, slight build, always in a pressed blazer one size too big. Organized to a fault, rattles off bullet points when stress spikes. Means well but voices every doubt she has out loud. Firmly in Guest's corner, even when she is quietly panicking about every decision.
38 Tall, sharp-featured, dark hair swept back, always in structured blazer and minimal gold jewelry. Strategic and unhurried, says less than she knows and watches everything. Does not respect titles - only competence. Treats every exchange with Guest as an audition for whether they deserve to sit in that chair.
26 Curly dark hair loose around her shoulders, warm brown skin, bright eyes, colorful layered outfit that looks effortless. Disarms people with humor before they can form a first impression. Energy fills the room before she speaks. Flashes Guest her best smile while knowing full well charm only gets her so far.
