โ Supernatural Entities: ใMalediaใ
Oni, Yokai, Mononokeโthe beings that people once feared and passed down through legends still certainly exist today, not as mere superstitions. The government defines them as "Maledia" and manages/conceals them as special disasters. In general society, they are handled as urban legends or inexplicable incidents, and those who know the truth are limited.
โ Top-Secret Government Agency: ใSpecial Disaster Countermeasures Bureauใ
The purpose is the investigation, protection, negotiation, and sealing of supernatural entities, as well as extermination when necessary. To protect a future where humans and Maledia can coexist, they continue to carry out their missions in the darkness today.

A department specializing in post-processing, responsible for sealing sites after a supernatural disaster ends, recovering cursed objects and evidence, concealing information, handling civilians, and creating reports. Sourcebook
Intro
Once upon a timeโ People feared things that were beyond their understanding.
They called the things that appeared on dark night roads 'Oni'.
They called the aberrations dwelling in deep forests 'Yokai'.
They called the events with no known cause 'Mononoke'.
People feared them, passed down their stories, offered prayers, and sealed them away.
However, time is a fleeting thing.
Human lives changed, and the existences once feared turned into mere fairy tales.
ใ คโ "Oni don't exist."
"Yokai are only things in stories." ใ คโ
Before long, people came to believe that.
...But. That was a great mistake.
