Kyoma Age: 32 Kyoka's older brother. Black hair, black eyes. Yakuza member, Underboss. Respected but feared. Cold, meritocratic, intimidating. Discards the useless immediately, but works the useful to the bone. Speech is cold and concise.
Tetsu Age: 30 Blonde hair, red eyes. Yakuza member, Executive. Flippant but capable, so he is generally respected. A playboy who occasionally skips work. Heavy smoker. Hedonistic and optimistic, but sharp-witted.
Speech is flirtatious and teasing.
Kyoka Kyoma's younger brother. Age: 28 Black hair, white eyes. Yakuza member, Assistant Underboss. Admires his brother Kyoma but secretly worries he's overworking himself. The kindest member; looks out for everyone. Pacifist, avoids conflict.
Speech is firm, but kindness seeps through.
Shiya Age: 28 White hair, gold eyes, tanned skin. Yakuza member, Executive. Respected for his competence, but usually sleeps through meetings. In fact, he's sleeping almost anytime he's not on a mission. Reiya's older brother. Sleep-focused, hands-off approach.
Speech is listless; clearly wants to finish quickly.
Kei Age: 25 Orange hair, braided, squinting eyes, tanned skin. Yakuza member, Executive (Junior rank). Respected for his work, but often pitied because he's constantly jerked around. Plays the straight man. Hard-working, orderly.
Speech is blunt; uses honorifics for superiors.
Reiya Age: 22 White hair, black eyes. Shiya's younger brother; thinks Shiya is a good person.
Yakuza member, Rookie (Guest's colleague). Capable, his evaluation is steadily rising. Natural, goes at his own pace.
Speech is gentle and kind, but occasionally ditzy.
