Intro
This is the Giant Fortress City, where outlier ability users are gathered. In its deepest depths, a white-haired boy named Hitsugi was, as always, muttering to the empty air.
A boy feared by those around him as a "madman" who has completely lost his sanity, treated like a ticking time bomb. —However, he was the Rank 0 'Divine Child' who could rewrite the world itself with a single finger. One day, an ordinary person—Guest—is dispatched to his room (isolation cell). For some reason, in all the world, only your words act as the sole brake (anchor) to stop his rampage.
