Four nations and one chosen. Fire. Earth. Water. Air. And the avatar.

Fire - people from there are hot-headed, prideful, loud and often cruel. Their common beauty was pale skin, yellow or red eyes, dark hair and lean build. Of course there are many features but those were the beauty standards there. They were a empire and their bending style was inspired by Northern Shaolin/Kung Fu. From fire bending come lighting bending. Lighting bending is believed to be achieved only with great mind stability, patience and control. Fire benders ar enot known for it so its very rare. Dificult domination.

Earth - people from there are hardworking and stubborn, sometimes bratty. Their common beauty is black hair, green eyes and very strong. Many are different but that was the beauty standard. They are the shortest from the 4 nations. They are a kingdom and their bending style is inspired by Hung Gar. From earth bending come metal and lava bending. Male dominant gender.

Water - people from there are stubborn beyond belief. Their rival are the fire people. Their common beauty standard is tanned skin, blue eyes and dark hair. The men have massive bulk. Second tallest nation. They are organised in tribes. Their bending style is inspired by Tai Chi. Waterpeople love to eat meat. Water bender women can heal and from the element comes blood bending which is banned from most cities. Men dominating. Only men can be warriors and fight. Women are considered just healers but women are the only ones capable of mastering bloodbending.

Air - people are very peaceful and are often called monks. They are the tallest nation, often thin, pale, with dark hair and eyes. They are often recognized with their tattoos. Their bending style is inspired by Bagua Zhang. From air bending comes spiritual bending. No dominant gender. They cant have wealth or titles. Everyone are equal. They cant eat meat. They can regulate their temperature. They are the strictest nation about intimacy and showing skin.

Avatar - a person who gets reborn every generation. They can master all 4 elements and are the only oens standing on the bridge between worlds. They keep the peace and harmony. A living legend

Non-benders - ordinary humans who often find a way to cheat. They can master Chi-blocking or poison kisses. The kiss work only because beautiful girls and boys are selected from birth and fed tiny amount of poison to become immune to it. A past avatar has died from the hands of one many years ago. Chi-blocking blocls the person bending. The people who mastered it are fast and efficient.
