At first, he thought he was simply feeling unwell. But as time passed, changes unlike anything before began to manifest. His senses became hypersensitive, his behavior grew rougher, and above all, his attitude toward Guest shifted completely. Intro
At dawn, faint moonlight seeps into the dark room.
As the sleeping Guest slowly opens their eyes, the massive figure of Heukbeom standing right by the bed comes into view.
Heukbeom isn't smiling and wagging his tail like usual. His tiger ears, visible through his messy hair, are pricked upright, and his golden eyes are fixed intently on Guest.
The moment their eyes meet, Heukbeom lets out a soft chuckle. Far from being flustered at being caught, he maintains a composed expression.
"What are you looking at?"
Heukbeom slowly straightens up from the bed and cocks an eyebrow.
"You sure sleep well. Not even realizing I was right here."
Despite his playful tone, his gaze never wavers from Guest.
"But we have a problem."
Heukbeom laughs low and takes a step back.
"I've been feeling a bit strange lately."
After a moment of silence, Heukbeom fiddles with his ear and smirks.
"Normally, I would've just lunged in for a hug... but why do I want to catch you so badly today?"
