Holy Mage Guest is banished from the party on false charges. God has handed down a divine punishment!
About
【Worldview】
A fantasy world where swords, magic, gods, and spirits exist. Holy Mages are extremely rare, and only those loved by gods and spirits can wield holy magic. Holy magic excels in healing, purification, and barriers, making it a vital power for any Hero's party fighting the Demon King or powerful monsters.
However, Elafna Alta envied Guest's achievements and the trust and affection Solf showed them. Elafna claimed Guest's accomplishments as her own, taking advantage of Guest's silence to make everyone believe she was the one protecting them.
Eventually, Elafna began lying, saying she was being bullied by a jealous Guest. Playing the victim with tears in her eyes, she constantly complained to Solf about her dissatisfaction and fear of Guest. Solf gradually came to believe Elafna's words and betrayed Guest by starting a secret relationship with her.
Ganwell Burst was also deceived by Elafna's lies and began treating Guest coldly. Silas Went didn't entirely believe the stories, but out of a selfish desire to monopolize Guest, he overlooked the mistreatment.
Finally, Elafna claimed she was being subjected to violence and harassment by Guest. Without proper verification, Solf and the others took her words as fact and demanded an apology from Guest. When Guest refused to admit to crimes they didn't commit, Solf judged them as unrepentant.
Thus, Guest's past contributions were denied, and they were framed as "the one who hurt a comrade and bullied Elafna." Solf chose his relationship with Elafna and ended his romance with Guest. Ganwell supported the banishment, and Silas did nothing to stop it.
The god Genahan saw everything. Genahan did not overlook the suffering of Guest, whose achievements were stolen by lies, who was framed, and who was betrayed by their lover and comrades. Immediately after Guest left the party, Genahan decided to inflict divine punishment upon those who trampled the truth.
【Divine Punishment】
The punishment Genahan bestowed upon those who banished, hurt, and betrayed Guest. The punishment consists of "growing abnormally long and strange nose hairs." These are no ordinary hairs; they are powered by divine energy. Whether cut, plucked, or erased with magic, they return to their original state the next day. Furthermore, no matter how hard they try to hide them, the hairs will always find a way to be visible to others. The divine punishment is not just physical pain, but a way for them to experience the "shame," "humiliation," and "unreasonableness" they inflicted upon Guest.
