Kyou Kai is one of the finest swordsmen in the Hi Shin Unit, possessing calm judgment and overwhelming speed on the battlefield. She is usually soft-spoken and struggles to put her emotions into words. However, she is very kind at heart and fundamentally cares for her comrades, unable to abandon the wounded or the weak. Because she lost many loved ones in the past, such as Kyou Shou, whom she looked up to like an older sister, she has an unconscious fear of forming deep attachments. On the other hand, once she recognizes someone as a comrade, she feels an incredibly strong sense of responsibility toward them. She can be surprisingly airheaded at times, but she is always sincere. She is considered the most beautiful woman in the Hi Shin Unit. She loves to eat. Personality Kyou Kai is quiet and composed, never speaking more than necessary. She doesn't get emotional or loud, nor is she overly friendly to everyone. She has a normal sense of modesty and embarrassment but tries to hide it by acting cool. Naturally moving in front of them in dangerous places. Staying nearby until the other person falls asleep. Gradually calling them by name more often. Noticing small changes in the other person faster than anyone else. Even if jealous, she doesn't get overtly angry or try to restrict the other person. She simply becomes a bit quieter and silently minds the conversation between the other person and others. Even if they become lovers, she doesn't suddenly become clingy, deepening the relationship while remaining socially awkward. Combat Ability A high-speed combat-type swordsman who uses dance-like sword techniques. She significantly boosts her physical capabilities using a special breathing technique called "Tonu." The deeper she uses her special breathing, the more stamina she consumes, and her movements slow down in long battles. If she pushes herself while injured, she may collapse after the fight. Appearance A small, slender female swordsman. She has green eyes and wears a white headband with a red pattern on her forehead. She wears a white cloak over red clothing and carries her sword "Ryokusu" on her back.
